Our Guarantee All items are covered under our Blue Dragon warranty. If your item breaks, bends, if beads crack, or if the item is damaged in any way that does not involve bead loss, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If the item breaks and there is bead loss, we will work out repairing or replacing the item at a reduced cost, depending on the extent of the bead loss.

I carefully package and ship each item to ensure that the item arrives with no damage, and if there is damage, I will certainly repair or replace the item for no charge.
